Many of our patients have dental insurance coverage. As a convenience to you, our staff will prepare and submit your insurance claim to your insurance carrier. A monthly statement will be issued to all accounts showing a balance due regardless of insurance status. Because the dental insurance contract is between the insurance company and the patient, the professional services rendered and charged are ultimately the responsibility of the patient. We cannot be responsible for the collection of a claim or negotiation of a disputed claim.
